Answer:

Next, you will want to make sure all browser extensions (adblock, grammarly, etc) are turned off for our siteEnsure that cookies are enabled, and that your firewall and antivirus have whitelisted our site

If that doesn't work, perhaps you signed up with a social media account? 

Still can't log in? You may have entered the wrong password. In that case, you will need to reset your password.
