I can't download my resume. What's going on?
There may be several reasons why you are unable to download your files. Here's a quick checklist to see what's going wrong:
1. Have you paid for a Start or Premium plan for your account?
2. Have you made sure that your plan is still active? You may need to renew your plan before you can download your files.
3. Does the template used for your resume belong to your plan? You won't be able to download Premium templates if you only have a Start plan.
4. If you’ve recently made a purchase, it might take a few minutes for the payment system to authorize the transaction. Please wait up to 15 minutes after you’ve received confirmation of your payment, so that the account can be activated.
